By using Voice Tools, you agree to use it responsibly and only in servers where you have permission to enable voice transcription, moderation, or related automation.
Server Responsibility
- Server staff are responsible for configuring Voice Tools according to their community rules and local requirements.
- Users should be informed when voice channels are being transcribed, moderated, recorded, or processed.
- Do not use Voice Tools to harass, surveil, impersonate, or harm others.
Availability
Voice Tools is provided as-is. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or bot/API limitations.
Privacy Policy
Voice Tools processes Discord voice and server data to provide transcription, moderation, session reports, voice memo transcription, TTS, and bot administration features.
Data We May Process
- Discord server, channel, user, role, and command interaction metadata.
- Voice clips captured during active transcription or moderation sessions.
- Generated transcripts, moderation evaluations, summaries, and report metadata.
- Configuration settings such as allowed roles, log channels, and module options.
Voice And Transcript Reports
When voice transcription is enabled, speaker clips may be stored temporarily to power session reports and audio playback. Report links are public to anyone with the link and use hard-to-guess identifiers.
Retention
Transcript report retention defaults to 7 days unless configured otherwise. Expired reports and related audio clips are periodically deleted.
Third-Party Services
Voice Tools may use Discord, OpenAI, Supabase, AWS, and other infrastructure providers to operate its features.
